Founded in 1993 by Chuck Pelley, the sole owner and licensed contractor, Pelley Excavating has been in southwestern Michigan and Michiana for over thirty years. We are knowledgeable in excavation and demolition in residential and commercial sites, as well as installing drain and septic systems and trucking sand, stone, limestone, gravel, and other materials. We have done large site work projects in Notre Dame, such as Irish Crossings, Wax Ford Place townhomes, and Dublin Village Roseland. We’ve demoed 126 houses of the 1000 Homes in 1000 Days project in South Bend, Indiana.
